Ryan Barrett is an ex-marine commando who now competes in Legal Bare Knuckle Boxing.
In this episode, we acknowledge Ryans drive and relentless mindset that has enabled him to overcome being bullied at school, passing marine commando training twice, competing as a high-level rugby player & overcoming life-changing surgery to now be preparing for a British Title Fight under the BKB the only legal bare-knuckle boxing company in the world.
Ryan's story and the way he has transformed his mindset and behavior is really inspiring and we can all take lessons from how he has done this.
