Dave Etheridge is a former Chief Fire Officer of Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service plus the Immediate Past President of the Chief Fire Officers Association of the United Kingdom. 
 
Dave currently works with government departments, as well as UK and overseas public and private sector clients with business development, public safety and emergency management-orientated consultancy also supporting the delivery of effective, efficient and sustainable solutions including leadership and incident command .

Today we discussed Practice to Progress which works with individuals and UK Fire and Rescue Services providing coaching and assessment support to prepare candidates for initial selection or promotion.
