Candace is the Executive Director at The Workforce Development Trust (best known as Skills for Health/Skills for Justice) in addition to being Managing Director of the sector specialist Awarding Organisation, SFJ Awards Ltd.
She is a highly experienced leader within the not-for-profit/charitable education and training sector, with over 30 years experience in researching, developing and delivering strategic initiatives to improve vocational education and training.
Candace has a passion in advocating for effective workforce and organisational development processes within services provided for public benefit, so that staff flourish and services are sustainable and effective.
