Mark is a career firefighter, physical trainer and health and fitness advisor for his service in helping firefighters enjoy long career in their peak physical health.

Mark also runs Fitness For the Frontline which is an online coaching platform designed specifically to reflect the physical elements of the role of a Firefighter.  Whether it’s carrying an LPP across an overgrown field, lifting a ladder above your head to underrun it or wrestling with cutting gear for 30 mins in a complicated RTC, our bodies are required to lift, push, carry objects in very specific circumstances and that is what the FFF programme focuses on.
